No, not at all. Testing is a very direct way through the app, but it is not a requirement. There are several ways to work with the content:

• Navigate intuitively: simply read through the categories and feel into them. Where do you resonate? Where do you get stuck, where does it tighten, which term pulls you in?
• Simply release: releasing the block itself does not require testing at all. It takes a particular hand position, one breath and your clear intention. Testing is only a compass for finding the block and for checking afterwards.
• Learn your body’s signals: if you would still like a clear feedback tool, the “inner yes and no” is a wonderful place to start. I show you how to use these simple body signals in a free video.

No — it works entirely on its own, and it combines perfectly with them whenever you want it to.

• If you are new: you need no prior knowledge of energy work. The app takes you through the whole process from A to Z — you can start on your own straight away.
• If you already practise: for Emotion Code or Body Code practitioners the app is the perfect upgrade. It begins where trapped emotions no longer reach, and opens up deeper levels such as inner conflicts, soul parts or karmic patterns. Both can be used side by side in the same session.

Yes, gladly. Commercial sessions with clients are fully included in the price. There are no hidden extra fees and no business tariffs.

What to keep in mind: your access is personal and must not be shared with third parties. Passing on or reproducing the content as your own training or practice material is not permitted either.

No cost during the trial month: you store your preferred payment method when you register (credit card or PayPal), but nothing at all is charged during the first 30 days.

• Cancelling during the trial: if you cancel within the 30 days, your trial access ends entirely free of charge.
• After the 30 days: if you would like to keep using the app, your access continues automatically as the plan you chose — monthly or yearly.

Changing or cancelling your plan

Under “My account” you can see your current plan and manage your subscription yourself — switching from the monthly to the cheaper yearly plan, changing your payment method or viewing your invoices.

You cancel there too, with no reason and no form. After cancelling, your access remains fully available until the end of the period you have already paid for (month or year).

That is completely normal. At the beginning many people are unsure or don’t yet sense clear signals. It absolutely does not mean that energy work doesn’t work for you. A clear sense of your personal “yes” or “no” usually develops on its own after a few rounds.

My tip: take the pressure off. If testing stresses you, set it aside for now. Let your intuition guide you instead: read through the categories calmly and see which term or text resonates with you — where you get stuck, or where you feel a pull. That is a wonderful and equally effective way to find your blocks.
